The invention discloses a method for sequentially extracting tea
saponin and tea seed oil from oil-tea camellia seeds. A biological
enzymatic hydrolysis method is firstly adopted for extracting tea
saponin from shelled oil-tea camellia seed
powder, and a
water extraction method is further adopted for extracting the tea seed oil from desaponification residues. The process for extracting the tea
saponin through the biological
enzymatic hydrolysis method comprises the steps of cleaning, husking, crushing, fixing, homogenizing, performing
enzymatic hydrolysis, performing coarse
filtration through plate-frame filter cloth, and performing fine
filtration through a miccroporous membrane. The process for extracting the tea seed oil through the
water extraction method comprises the steps of
ultrasonic vibration extraction and
centrifugal separation. According to the method, the extraction efficiency of the tea saponin can be more than 90%, and the extraction efficiency of the tea seed
oil can be more than 90%. The whole process flow is performed at low temperature, so that natural activity of the tea saponin, as well as
vitamin E,
phytosterol,
squalene, natural
flavor ingredients and the like in the tea seed oil are effectively protected. The foaming property and foam stability of the tea saponin prepared by the process are better in comparison with a traditional extraction method, the prepared tea seed oil has excellent quality, and the national pressed first-class tea seed oil standard can be achieved only by simple refining.
