Method for improving mechanical property of silicon-containing arylacetylene resin based composite material

The invention relates to a method for improving the mechanical property of a silicon-containing arylacetylene resin based composite material. The method specifically comprises the following steps of uniformly mixing benzoxazine containing propargyl ether and silicon-containing arylacetylene resin (PSA) in a solvent, and obtaining prepreg compounds of carbon fibers and modified silicon-containing arylacetylene resin PSA; after overlaying the prepreg compounds of the carbon fibers and the modified silicon-containing arylacetylene resin, obtaining a carbon fiber reinforced modified silicon-containing arylacetylene resin composite material through hot press molding. The propargyl ether type benzoxazine modified silicon-containing arylacetylene resin prepared by the method is wide in process window, can be cured and molded at the temperature of 120 to 260 DEG C, and cannot release small molecular substances during curing, the glass-transition temperature of the cured modified silicon-containing arylacetylene resin is still higher than 500 DEG C, the heat stability is not influenced greatly, the mechanical property of the PSA resin after modifying is improved. The interlaminar shear strength of the carbon fiber reinforced modified PSA based composite material is obviously improved, and is expected to be used as a high-temperature-resistant lightweight-structure material.

Oxazine and alkyne compound modified silicon-containing aryne resin and preparing method thereof

The invention relates to modified silicon-containing aryne resin. A preparing method of the modified silicon-containing aryne resin includes the following steps: (1) preparing silicon-containing aryne polymer, (2) preparing benzoxazine compound, (3) preparing propargyl ether compound, and (4) preparing the modified silicon-containing aryne resin, mixing 50-90 parts by weight of the silicon-containing aryne polymer obtained through the step (1), 5-25 parts by weight of the benzoxazine compound obtained through the step (2) and 5-25 parts by weight of the propargyl ether compound obtained through the step (3), and leading the mixture to be stirred for reacting in a reactor comprising a stirrer, a thermometer and a reflux condensing pipe with inert gases to obtain the modified silicon-containing aryne resin. The oxazine and alkyne compound modified silicon-containing aryne resin and the preparing method of the modified silicon-containing aryne resin have the advantages that the modified silicon-containing aryne resin can be dissolved in many common solvents, is low in softening point and melting resin viscosity, and can generate solidifying reaction under heat, irradiation and even light effect. Resin condensates are good in heat resistance and can be well bonded with reinforcing fiber, and compound materials of the modified silicon-containing aryne resin have good mechanical performance and heat resistance.

The invention discloses ethynyl phenyl-terminated silicon-containing aryl propargyl ether resin and synthesis thereof, ternary resin and preparation thereof, and a composite material and preparation thereof. The structural formula of the silicon-containing aryl propargyl ether resin is shown in a formula II, and the polymerization degree n is equal to 2 to 3. The formed silicon-containing aryl propargyl ether resin with a novel terminal group structure improves the heat stability, and improves the mechanical property of ethynyl phenyl-terminated silicon-containing aryl propargyl ether modifiedresin through blending with cyanate ester and benzoxazine, thereby providing the ethynyl phenyl-terminated silicon-containing aryl propargyl ether resin with excellent mechanical property and good heat resistance, and is applied to preparation of carbon fiber reinforced composite materials.
