The preparation method comprises the following step of: ultrasonically mixing the components with the amount in a formula for 3-7 minutes to obtain a quick-drying unsaturated polyester resin marking coating. During construction, the cobalt naphthenate and the methyl ethyl ketone peroxide are added for curing to form an unsaturated polyester resin marked line, which has the wear resistance superior to that required by a national standard.
