The invention discloses an angle
measurement device used for a distribution chute of a
blast furnace. The
blast furnace is provided with a manhole. The angle
measurement device comprises a base, a vertical support column, a rotary adjustor, a
laser range finder and an angle ruler, wherein the rotary adjustor sleeves a proper position on the outer surface of the vertical support column, and is usedfor rotating the vertical support column to adjust the position of the vertical support column; the
laser range finder is hinged to the top of the vertical support column, and used for enabling at least two beams of
laser to penetrate through the manhole and to be emitted onto the outer surface of the distribution chute to accurately measure and adjust a distance between the laser range finder and the distribution chute, so that the laser range finder is parallel to a
vertical plane which penetrates through the
central line of the distribution chute; and the angle ruler is used for measuringan angle between the laser range finder and the vertical support column to obtain the degree of an included angle between the
central line of the distribution chute and the vertical direction. The invention further provides an angle measurement method used for a distribution chute of a
blast furnace. The angle
measurement device and the angle measurement method used for the distribution chute of the blast furnace are capable of increasing the measurement accuracy for the equal angle of
angle alpha of the distribution chute, and further capable of improving the working safety.
