Human antibodies that bind human IL-12 and methods for producing

Human antibodies, preferably recombinant human antibodies, that specifically bind to human interleukin-12 (hIL-12) are disclosed. Preferred antibodies have high affinity for hIL-12 and neutralize hIL-12 activity in vitro and in vivo. An antibody of the invention can be a full-length antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof. The antibodies, or antibody portions, of the invention are useful for detecting hIL-12 and for inhibiting hIL-12 activity, e.g., in a human subject suffering from a disorder in which hIL-12 activity is detrimental. Nucleic acids, vectors and host cells for expressing the recombinant human antibodies of the invention, and methods of synthesizing the recombinant human antibodies, are also encompassed by the invention.

Multi-core debugger

In a multi-core processor, a high-speed interrupt-signal interconnect allows more than one of the processors to be interrupted at substantially the same time. For example, a global signal interconnect is coupled to each of the multiple processors, each processor being configured to selectively provide an interrupt signal, or pulse thereon. Preferably, each of the processor cores is capable of pulsing the global signal interconnect during every clock cycle to minimize delay between a triggering event and its respective interrupt signal. Each of the multiple processors also senses, or samples the global signal interconnect, preferably during the same cycle within which the pulse was provided, to determine the existence of an interrupt signal. Upon sensing an interrupt signal, each of the multiple processors responds to it substantially simultaneously. For example, an interrupt signal sampled by each of the multiple processors causes each processor to invoke a debug handler routine.

Interaction between objects and a virtual environment display

An interactive table has a display surface on which a physical object is disposed. A camera within the interactive table responds to infrared (IR) light reflected from the physical object enabling a location of the physical object on the display surface to be determined, so that the physical object appear part of a virtual environment displayed thereon. The physical object can be passive or active. An active object performs an active function, e.g., it can be self-propelled to move about on the display surface, or emit light or sound, or vibrate. The active object can be controlled by a user or the processor. The interactive table can project an image through a physical object on the display surface so the image appears part of the object. A virtual entity is preferably displayed at a position (and a size) to avoid visually interference with any physical object on the display surface.

System and Method for Spectrum Management of a Shared Frequency Band

Abstract of Disclosure A system and method for managing the spectrum utilization of a frequency band that is shared, both in frequency and time, by multiple devices. At one or more devices operating in the frequency band, pulses associated with signals occurring in the frequency band are detected by sampling part or all the frequency band for a time interval. From the detected signal pulses, the signals can be classified. In addition, overall spectrum activity can be measured. Using classification information for signals detected in the frequency band, policies can be executed so that a device may take certain actions in order to avoid interfering with other signals, or to optimize simultaneous use of the frequency band with the other signals. Signal detection occurs at one or more devices operating in a frequency band. Signal classification and measurement, as well as policy execution may occur within a processor of the same device where signal detection occurs, or in another device (located remotely or within the operating region of the frequency band).
