The invention relates to a preparation method of a phthalophos molecular imprinting polymer. The preparation method is mainly and technically characterized by comprising the following steps of: dissolving phthalophos as a template molecule, methacrylic acid as a functional monomer and trimethylolpropane methyl methacrylate as a cross linker in a pore-foaming agent according to mole ratio of 1:4:4, wherein the pore-foaming agent is a mixed solution of tetrahydrofuran and methylbenzene in a ratio of 3:1; adding azobisisobutyronitrile, then carrying out thermal-initiated polymerization at 60DEG C and reacting for 24h; after the reaction is ended, crushing and sieving a product; carrying out Soxhlet extraction with a mixed solution of methanol and glacial acetic acid in a volume ratio of 9:1 to remove the template molecule; and vacuum drying to obtain the phthalophos molecular imprinting polymer. The invention has the advantages of low cost, simple synthesis process and easily-controlled reaction conditions; and the prepared molecular imprinting polymer can be used for detecting residual phthalophos in the food, enriching the trace phthalophos and purifying a substrate and has high application value and broad market prospect in actual application.

Preparation method of peach tree fertilizer for improving soil structure

The invention discloses a preparation method of a peach tree fertilizer for improving a soil structure, wherein the preparation method includes the following steps: mixing fermented pig manure, a ryegrass powder, cunninghamia lanceolata charcoal, a sepiolite powder and pretreated kaolin, adding water to the water content of 45-65 wt%, and sending the mixture into a ball grinding machine, to obtaina preform material a; mixing sodium nitrate, calcium phosphate primary, potassium nitrate, diatomite, magnesium humate, iron hexaurea trinitrite and zinc humate, and stirring evenly, to obtain a preform material b; and mixing the preform material a and the preform material b evenly, adjusting the water content to 30-40 wt%, granulating, and drying, to obtain the peach tree fertilizer for improving the soil structure. According to the nutritional requirements of a growth period of peach trees, the peach tree fertilizer has balanced nutrition, has a certain ability to preserve water and fertilizers, can alleviate soil hardening, can effectively prevent the loss of soil and water nutrients, has good slow-release effect of nutrients, has high utilization rate, and can effectively reduce a condition of waste of the fertilizer.
