Tree shelter

A tree shelter includes a biodegradable fibrous mat coated with a degradable resin and adapted to be formed into a roll which can enclose at least the lower part of a plant. The mat is preferably non-woven and its structure is preferably impregnated with a second degradable resin which degrades at a different, preferably faster, rate to that of the first degradable resin under the same environmental conditions. Such a shelter has the advantage that once the first resin has substantially degraded over a predetermined time period to expose the mat to the weather, the second degradable resin commences a faster degradation to cause the mat to decompose rapidly into a loose fibrous state and ultimately form a beneficial mulch around the stem or trunk at the base of the plant.

Mitomycin double sustained release film of implanted antineoplastic agents and its preparation method

The invention discloses a double controlled release film agent of implanted antineoplastic agent mitomycin and a manufacturing method; the invention relates to a medicinal controlled release film agent. The invention provides a double controlled release film agent of implanted antineoplastic agent mitomycin, which relates to a medicinal controlled release film agent with high enveloping ratio, long continuous release duration, small incidence of burst release, few toxic and side effects, high medicine concentration on tumor lesions and low recrudescence probability of tumor, and a manufacturing method. The film agent includes mitomycin, polymer, lecithin, chitosan and collagen. The mitomycin and the lecithin are dissolved, lyophilized in order to obtain a colloidal mixture; the polymer is dissolved in organic solvent in order to obtain a polymer solution; the polymer solution is then added in the colloidal mixture in order to obtain a reverse micelle; the reverse micelle is further added to a polyvinyl alcohol solution, and an O/W latex is obtained by emulsification; the latex is lyophilized in order to obtain carrier micro-spheres; the collagen is dissolved in the acid solution in order to obtain a collagen solution; the chitosan is dissolved in the acid solution in order to obtain a chitosan solution; the collagen solution and the chitosan solution are mixed in order to obtain a collagen-chitosan mixture solution; finally the carrier micro-spheres are dispersed in the collagen-chitosan mixture solution which is then poured in a mould and dried.

Method for casting large investment pattern through rapid reversing and 3D printing

The invention relates to a method for casting a large investment pattern through rapid reversing and 3D printing. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a reversed object is subjected to three-dimensional scanning through a scanner; secondly, rapid reverse three-dimensional modeling is conducted through software; thirdly, a three-dimensional model is subjected to data treatment through hierarchical processing software; fourthly, model manufacturing data obtained after data treatment are conveyed into a rapid forming machine, and rapid forming of a 3D printing model is conducted; fifthly, the 3D printing model serves as a lost foam casting to conduct investment pattern casting, and an investment pattern casting of the 3D printing model is obtained; and sixthly, the investment pattern casting is machined. Consumables used in a 3D printer are ordinary consumables PLA which are low-energy-consumption ecological environment-friendly materials most commonly used by the 3D printer, biodegradability is achieved, and bad influences on the human body and the environment are avoided. Due to the fact that the consumables PLA are made of corn, are renewable resources and have an extremely low shrinking percentage, it means that the consumables PLA are resistant to deformation even in a very large printing size.
