The invention relates to a novel process for producing feed, which belongs to the technical field of feed production. In the novel process the
processing sequence for raw materials is adjusted according to the temperature resistant performance of the raw materials, the primary granulating procedure is improved, and a secondary granulating procedure is added. The process comprises the following steps: 1. primary granulating: pulverizing corn, bean pulp and other large-proportion high-temperature-resistant raw materials, carrying out high
temperature treatment, granulating in a granulator, and cooling to obtain the primary granules; 2. secondary granulating: repulverizing the primary granules, adding
sucrose, whey
powder, vitamins, trace elements, medicinal additives,
enzyme preparation and other raw materials, mixing, granulating at low temperature, and cooling to obtain the secondary granules; and 3.
product inspection, packaging and warehousing. In the invention, the primary high temperature granulating ages most raw materials, and the secondary granulating is carried out at low temperature, thereby preventing vitamins and other additives from being destroyed by high temperature, and enabling the raw materials susceptible to high temperature to not easily be pasted. Thus, the particle
hardness of the feed is improved, the breeding cost is reduced, the production benefit is enhanced and the feed has favorable mouth feel.
