system comprises a
laser-induced breakdown mechanism, a
laser irradiation mechanism, a
quartz pipeline, a pump, a hydrodynamic groove, a spectrum
collection analysis mechanism and an
imaging processing mechanism, wherein the
quartz pipeline, the pump and the hydrodynamic groove can form a communicating loop, and a granular
test sample can circularly flow in the loop; the
laser-induced breakdown mechanism can output
high energy laser pulse, and the
high energy laser pulse is beam expanded and focused to the
quartz pipeline to act on the granular
test sample to generate
plasma; a spectrum collection device can collect
plasma spectrums, and the ingredients and the contents of all the
metal elements in the granular
test sample can be obtained through a
spectrum analyzer; the laser
irradiation mechanism can output continuous
visible laser, the continuous
visible laser is beam expanded to irradiate the granular test sample in the quartz pipeline, speckle images and
metal particle shadow images can be formed on a receiving screen, and the speckle images and the
metal particle shadow images are processed by a CCD imaging device to obtain the movement velocity information of metal particles and the actual sizes of the particles. The quick detectionsystem disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can quickly achieve
change detection on ingredients and contents of the ingredients in large and small wear particles.
