Problems solved by technology

[0003] The known simulation technology of source rock natural gas generation in a closed system widely used at home and abroad has the biggest advantage that the system can bear relatively high pressure, the amount of sample installed is large, the gas production is large, and it is easy to quantify and the product can meet the follow-up analysis The need for research, the disadvantage is that each temperature point needs to be reloaded, a large amount of secondary cracking reactions of liquid hydrocarbons are generated in the system, the device is complicated, and the efficiency is low
[0004] For the experimental technique of using kerogen to simulate natural gas generation in an open system, the original structure and composition of source rocks are destroyed during the kerogen separation process, which is quite different from the actual geological situation, so the experimental results cannot be directly applied to the actual situation. geological condition

Embodiment

[0034] This embodiment provides a continuous non-loss whole-rock natural gas generation simulation method, which includes the following steps:

[0035] (1) Take 100g of dark gray mudstone core sample from Well Lucan 3 (Toc=4.65%, original Ro=0.5%) in the Liaohe Oilfield Basin, break it into particles with a particle size of 0.85mm-2.0mm, and weigh 2.0g accurately The crushed mudstone sample particles are packed into the sample tube 2 of the thermal cracker, and the two ends of the sample tube 2 are filled with quartz wool;

[0036] (2) the sample tube 2 that the mudstone sample particle is housed, the pyrolysis furnace (heating furnace) 1 of the pyrolyzer are connected on the gas chromatograph 14 inlet and ensure that the interface is airtight;

[0037](3) Regulate the pressure adjustment knob 7 on the thermal cracker controller 9, so that the indication of the carrier gas pressure display gauge 8 remains on 5psi;

[0038] (4) After ventilating in the thermal cracker for 5 mi...

Abstract

The invention relates to a continuous lossless whole rock natural gas generation simulation method. The method comprises the following steps of: crushing a hydrocarbon source rock sample into particles and loading into a sample tube of a thermal cracking device; connecting the sample tube and a pyrolyzing furnace of the thermal cracking device to a sample inlet of a chromatograph; regulating the pressure of carrier gas in the thermal cracking device; introducing gas into the thermal cracking device, fully adding liquid nitrogen into a liquid nitrogen cold trap, setting the heating temperature of the pyrolyzing furnace at the preset temperature, increasing the temperature of the thermal cracking device, and keeping the temperature for 50min after the temperature reaches the preset temperature to produce a gas product from the hydrocarbon source rock sample by thermal cracking; removing the liquid nitrogen cold trap and starting the gas chromatograph to analyze the gas product after the temperature of the thermal cracking device is reduced, and obtaining a chromatogram and a gas yield; changing the preset temperature and repeating the steps; and utilizing the gas yields at all the preset temperatures and the corresponding preset temperatures or the vitrinite reflectance of a coal rock sample to make a diagram within a same rectangular coordinate system, and forming a natural gas generation schematic diagram of the hydrocarbon source rock sample in different thermal evolution stages.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a continuous non-loss whole-rock natural gas generation simulation method, which belongs to the technical field of petroleum geological exploration. Background technique [0002] At present, domestic and foreign simulation experiments on the whole-rock natural gas generation of source rocks mostly use closed systems in order to increase the amount of experimental samples to make up for the problem of small gas production and difficulty in accurate quantification due to the low abundance of organic matter in source rocks. However, the source rock natural gas generation simulation experiment carried out under the open system, due to the limitation of the experimental conditions, the amount of sample loaded in the experiment is small (mostly milligram level), and the kerogen separated and concentrated from the source rock is mostly used. [0003] The known simulation technology of source rock natural gas generation in a closed sys...
