By the technical scheme of the invention, the device has the advantages of simple structure, high heat exchange efficiency, high heat storage density and stable heat release, and as fluid flows in the heat exchanger rather than directly exchanging heat with a heat-storage phase-change material through a layer of tube wall, the problem that equipment leaks due to long-time use to cause heat-supply fluid to leak into the heat-storage cavity to pollute the phase-change material is solved.
