Embodiment 1

[0027] 1) Take the peanut samples harvested in the same year as the standard, 141 samples (in line with the normal distribution law of the peanut population); turn on the near-infrared spectrometer at 25°C to preheat for 30 minutes, take 60g of peanut samples and put them in the rotating sample cup (diameter 75mm , depth 25mm); adopt the diffuse reflection mode in the continuous wavelength near-infrared scanning to collect the spectrum, scan the spectral region 950-1650nm, the resolution is 5nm, and collect the absorption spectrum of the sample; in order to overcome the spectral drift caused by the particle size difference of the sample and reduce the error, each Repeat sample loading for each sample 3 times to obtain the sample spectrum of the calibration set, take the absorbance in the sample spectrum of the calibration set as the spectral information data, and calculate the average value of the sample spectrum of the calibration set ( figure 1 ) is stored in the computer sof...

Abstract

The invention discloses a near infrared detection method for the contents of the protein components in a peanut, which comprises the steps of: 1) building a calibration set sample spectrum; 2) preprocessing the calibration set sample spectrum; 3) extracting the characteristic information data of the calibration set sample spectrum; 4) building a correcting model; and 5) analyzing a sample to be detected. A near infrared spectrum of the sample to be detected is input into the correcting model after the near infrared spectrum of the sample to be detected is preprocessed and the characteristic information is extracted, and the contents of protein components in a sample nut can be obtained. The near infrared detection method for the contents of the protein components in the peanut provided by the invention has the advantages of being fast in analysis speed, high in analysis efficiency, low in analysis cost, and avoiding the environment pollution caused by any chemical reagent and any pollution etc., so that a reliable basis is provided for peanut quality analysis, peanut quality control and product quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting the content of protein components in peanuts, in particular to a method for detecting the content of protein components in peanuts by using near-infrared spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] The protein content in peanuts is 24% to 36%, including two components of arachidulin and conarachidin (conarachidin I and conarachidin II), and various components play a role in the functional properties of peanut protein. With the improvement of people's living standards, research on peanut breeding has shifted from purely focusing on yield to focusing on both yield and quality, and is constantly emphasizing the functional properties of nutrition and protein components. In peanut quality analysis, the content of peanut protein components is usually determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). Optical density analysis can only calculate the content of protein components, which is not suitable ...
