The invention discloses a bottom sizing agent for a polyurethane sealant. The bottom sizing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of silane-terminated polyurethane polymer, 20 to 30 parts of modified polyurethane, 1 to 2 parts of a water remover, 2 to 10 parts of carbon black, 1 to 2 parts of an anti-settling agent, 2 to 5 parts of an adhesion promoter, 30 to 65 parts of a solvent and 0.05 to 0.2 part of a catalyst. The bottom sizing agent for the polyurethane sealant, disclosed by the invention, has good mobility, can quickly form films on the surfaces of substrates such as glass, ceramic and metal, and has extremely-strong bonding performance for the substrates and a polyurethane sealant; an isocyanate modified acrylate prepolymer has good film forming property, facilitates quick surface dryness of the bottom sizing agent, has good adhesivity for the substrates and promotes bonding of the bottom sizing agent and the substrates. The bottom sizing agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high adaptability to the substrates, good bonding properties for multiple substrates such as glass fiber reinforced plastics, ceramic and glass, good water-resisting, heat-resisting and damp heat resisting properties, short surface drying time, long open time and longer time for allowing sizing after base coating construction.
