range finding, 3D imaging, auto focus, mechanical
shutter, mechanical iris, multi and
hyperspectral imaging, and / or combinations thereof. In some aspects, movement is provided by actuators, for example, but not limited to MEMS actuators, and by applying appropriate
control signal thereto.
