The automobile skylight comprises a U-shaped supporting frame matched with the top part of an automobile, wherein the U-shaped supporting frame is provided with a glass bracket, a driving device for driving the glass bracket to move horizontally and a motor; a motor speed reducer is arranged at the output end of the motor; an anti-pinching mechanical part is arranged between the motor speed reducer and the driving device and comprises a racket wheel shaft and a shell for protecting the racket wheel shaft; free rotation can be realized between the racket wheel shaft and the shell; an upper racket wheel and a lower racket wheel are sheathed in the middle part of the racket wheel shaft and are meshed each other; the lower racket wheel rotates along with the shell, the upper racket wheel rotates along with the racket wheel shaft; and a compression spring for transferring load is arranged between shaft shoulders of the upper racket wheel and the racket wheel shaft. The automobile skylight disclosed by the invention has the advantages that by adoption of the racket wheel structure, the skylight can disengage from teeth and stop transferring power when an obstacle is met in the closing process, so that the anti-pinching function is realized; and the structure is higher in stability in the anti-pinching aspect of the skylight, is long in service life, easy in implementation of structure composition and low in cost.

The in vitro amplification method comprises the steps of: (1) separating peripheral blood mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of a patient; (2) adding corresponding T cell stimulating factors as needed, adding or not adding corresponding cell growth factors, and amplifying T cells by cultivating the peripheral blood mononuclear cells separated in the step (1) in a corresponding culture medium. According to the invention, polyclonal immunocompetent cells with various functionalities can be prepared according to different clinical needs by adopting the amplification method of the invention in a GMP environment, and the prepared polyclonal immunocompetent cells can be used in immune system regeneration and immunotherapy of patients.
