Method for extracting tanshinol

The invention provides a method for extracting tanshinol. The method comprises the following steps: (1) feeding a pretreated salvia miltiorrhiza material to a supercritical CO2 extractor, and carrying out supercritical extraction in a manner of taking acid water with the pH of 2.0 to 4.0 as an entrainer, so as to obtain a liquid extract; and (2) adjusting the pH of the liquid extract obtained in the step (1) to 8 to 11, then, carrying out transformation at the temperature of 120 DEG C to 130 DEG C, and then, carrying out rotary-evaporation concentrating, thereby preparing the tanshinol. According to the method, the acid water serves as the entrainer, salvianolic acid ingredients are extracted from the salvia miltiorrhiza material to the maximum in one step through supercritical CO2 extraction, the obtained liquid extract is then subjected to high-temperature one-step transformation, and thus the tanshinol is obtained. According to the method, extraction and separation steps are reduced greatly, the operation is simple, the efficiency of extraction of the tanshinol is high, solvent residual is absent, natural active ingredients and thermo-sensitive ingredients are not prone to decomposed destruction, and thus the natural features of the extract can be maintained to the maximum.
