adhesive which comprises
plant phenol,
furfuryl alcohol and furfuraldehyde extracted from natural resources, strong alkali catalyst and
urea, wherein the prescriptions and the weight percentages of the constituents are as follows: 50-70% of
plant phenol, 20-40% of
furfuryl alcohol, 0-20% of furfuraldehyde, 0-15% of
urea and 0-10% of catalyst. The preparation method comprises the steps: weighing the raw materials according to the weight percentages, adding the
plant phenol, the furfuraldehyde and the
urea into a reaction kettle, adding the catalyst when the temperature is raised to 40-60 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation for 0.5-1.5 hours, warming the mixture to 80-90 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation for 0.5-1.5 hours, warming the mixture to 100-120 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation for 0.5-1.5 hours, cooling the mixture to 40-60 DEG C, adding the
furfuryl alcohol into the mixture to adjust the PH value, warming the mixture to 90-110 DEG C when the PH value is 4-5.5, and keeping the reaction for 0.5-1.5 hours; cooling the mixture to 40-60 DEG C and adjusting the PH value to 6-7.
