A device and a method are provided to allow a user to ream a hole to an accurate final diameter as desired, and at the same time, to cold work the hole to induce a beneficial residual stress that will enhance the life of the component by retarding the onset and growth of fatigue cracks in the hole. The basic design of the device has an elongated body having a forward end portion to extend through a hole to be reamed and cold worked, a reamer section formed on the circumference of the forward end portion to enlarge the hole, and a burnishing section formed on the circumference of the elongated body adjacent to the reamer. The burnishing section is operative to upset the material around the hole, so as to result in a residual stress beneficial to the hole. The reamer section is in the form of a plurality of cutting edges extending from a tip of the elongated body, while the burnishing section is also in the form of a plurality of cutting edges adjacent to the reamer section along the elongate body. The cutting edges of the reamer sections are parallel straight cutting edges or helical cutting edges. The cutting edges of the burnishing section are configured with an orientation opposite to that of the cutting edges of the reaming section. Therefore, when the cutting edges of the burnishing section are configured with the same profile as the cutting edges of the reamer section, the burnishing section is in the form of a backward reamer section.

The method comprises the following steps that (1) cotton straw powder, soybean starch and vinyl triethoxysilane are mixed to be uniform, and sintering is carried out in a nitrogen protection atmosphere furnace; (2) a modified aluminum oxide molecular sieve, activated carbon, polytetrafluoroethylene and magnesium silicate are added into the mixture, and the materials are mixed to be uniform and subjected to ball milling; (3) theprepared mixture is pressed into thin blocks through a press, sizing is carried out in a high-temperature high-pressure environment, and then a copper sulfate solution is sprayed; (4) natrii laurylissulfas, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and sodium bicarbonate are add into the prepared mixture, and mixing, sintering, cooling and grinding are carried out; (5) the prepared mixture is dissolved in deionized water, hydrochloric acid is dropwise added until the PH value ranges from 5 to 6. The prepared cleaning agent can remove harmful matter adsorbed by a filter material, the filter material is repeatedly recycled, resources are saved, and the sewage purification cost is reduced.

A kind of preparation method of superabsorbent resin with high back seepage resistance

The invention relates to a preparation method of super absorbent resin with high return permeability resistance. The method comprises the following steps: neutralizing an acrylic acid aqueous solution by using alkali, adding a composite initiator, a crosslinking agent and a foaming agent, and performing polymerization reaction under UV light irradiation; cutting up and pelleting hydrogel after polymerization, adding a gel cutting aid in the cut-up process, drying and pulverizing to obtain primary granules of super absorbent resin; and spray-coating the surfaces of the primary granules with surface crosslinking liquid, and performing reaction at high temperature to obtain a final product of the super absorbent resin. The super absorbent resin prepared by the method has the characteristics of high absorbing rate, high absorbing speed, high water-retaining property, excellent return permeability resistance and the like.
