The present invention discloses a preparation method of an efficient photocatalyst. The method comprises the steps of: the step 1, putting an aluminum
oxide base into
distilled water, carrying out
ultrasonic dispersion for 1-2 hours, performing airing, uniformly spraying diluted
hydrochloric acid on the surface, and carrying out secondary
drying, so as to obtain an aluminum
oxide base material with a roughened surface; the step 2, adding
titanium tetrabutoxide into absolute ethyl
alcohol and performing uniform stirring, so as to obtain a
titanium alcohol solution; the step 3, soaking the aluminum
oxide base material into the
titanium alcohol solution, performing uniform lifting and
drying, and performing repeating for 5-10 times to obtain coated aluminum oxide; the step 4, putting the coated aluminum oxide into a reaction kettle for
sintering for 2-4 hours to obtain a
titanium dioxide film, then adding the
titanium dioxide film into a
hydrogen reaction kettle, and carrying out sealed reduction reaction for 20-40 minutes to obtain a titanium
monoxide-
titanium dioxide composite film; and the step 5, spraying the
titanium tetrabutoxide on the surface of the film, and then performing high-temperature
sintering in a
nitrogen environment for 2-5h to obtain the photocatalytic film. The
oxygen deficiency of titanium
monoxide is utilized, and titanium dioxide is used as a
coating layer,so that the anoxic activity of titanium dioxide is greatly improved, and the overall photocatalytic performance is effectively improved.
