The invention relates to production technology for heavy-twist single-warp single-weft super-black worsted fabric. The production technology comprises the following steps: selecting high-quality Australian wool; performing mercerization and then carrying out dyeing such that physical absorption of fibers to dyes are improved and diffusivity of dyes towards interiors of the fibers is enhanced; conducting after treatment, performing dark dyeing so that finished products are dark black. Additionally, the fabric shows greater philling resistance, crease resistance, permeability and elasticity thana new kind of traditional single-yarn products. Manufactured products are pure in colors and feel smooth with natural luster of faces. The fabric has good philling resistance, crease resistance and permeability as well as good quality and wearing performance. The fabric is not suitable for exposure after is used for making clothes and suitable for dry cleaning and steam ironing.
