The preparation method for the composite microspheres comprises the following steps of: dissolving the hydrophilic polymer, the insoluble medicament and the soybean lecithin by using a co-solvent to form a co-dissolved solution, spraying the co-dissolved solution to a powder receiving plate in a horizontal distance of 15 to 30 centimeters far away from a spraying port of a high-pressure electrostatic spraying device by adopting the high-pressure electrostatic spraying device, and thus obtaining the composite microspheres. The obtained composite microspheres improve the dissolution and dispersion performance of the water-insoluble medicament and the absorption performance of a permeable membrane. In addition, the composite microspheres are prepared by a single step without heating or shearing, and the preparation method is suitable for industrialized production.

The invention relates to a DHA emulsion, and particularly to a DHA emulsion with good thermal stability.
