seedling dividing thresher and a dust sucking device of a stem-preserving type (semi-feeding) rice-wheat
combine harvester. The
seedling dividing thresher comprises a
seedling divider, a bracket, an upper packing
auger, a lower packing
auger, a bearing, a grain screw conveyer, a dispersing
machine, a chain wheel, a drive chain, an iron sheet outer cover, and an a-shaped
straw supporting plate, wherein the upper packing
auger and the lower packing auger are arranged in parallel and respectively provided with a screw on a front end surface and an arch-shaped tooth on a rear end surface. In the dust sucking device, a dust sucking cavity in the shape of a cylinder or a cuboid is arranged on the rear upper end of an integral
cutting table and provided with a narrow and long air suction opening facing forward hyponastically, the upper end of the rear side of the dust sucking cavity is provided with an air suction channel, the air suction channel is communicated by the air suction opening and an air suction cavity at the two ends of the air suction channel and is installed in parallel with the air suction cavity, the middle of the air suction channel is communicated with an air suction
pipe, and the rear end of the air suction
pipe is provided with an
air blower used for sending air flow to the rear end of the whole
machine. The invention realizes
threshing before mowing by virtue of the tension of
crop roots towards ground and can save complex and faultful
straw conveying and clamping mechanism, thereby reducing the load, the
dead weight and the manufacture cost of the harvester, and moreover, the dust suction device can reduce
pollution and improve production efficiency.
