The invention relates to a preparation method of a layered unsaturated silver-
zinc-
copper-loaded composite antibacterial antiviral material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing a silver salt, a
zinc salt, a
copper salt, a modifier, a complexing agent and a
solvent, and modifying and complexing
metal ions by adopting ultrasonic-assisted high-speed shearing and stirring toprepare metastable complex silver-
zinc-
copper composite ions; then carrying out stirring and dispersing, adsorbing the metastable complex silver-zinc-copper composite ions to interlayers of a two-dimensional nanometer layered material through unsaturated adsorption, then adding the material into a supercritical reaction kettle, and pressing
carbon dioxide into the reaction kettle by using a high-pressure pump; and controlling the pressure and the temperature of the reaction kettle, subjecting a
supercritical fluid to rapid pressure relief through a
nozzle, and successively conducting
centrifugation,
drying and crushing to obtain the layered unsaturated silver-zinc-copper-loaded composite antibacterial antiviral material. The composite antibacterial antiviral material prepared by the method has the advantages of good
heat resistance, high safety and the like, can be used for preparing antibacterial and antiviral
polyester, nylon and other fibers, can be blended with tencel, combed cotton and the like, and is widely applicable to the fields of underwear, sports coats, home textiles and the like, comfortable in fabric hand feeling and strong in antibacterial and antiviral functions.
