The composition consists of sorted raw materials, an addictive A, an addictive B, an addictive C and auxiliary raw materials, wherein the sorted raw materials are anthracite, bituminous coal and the like; the addictive A is graphite, carbon black and the like; the addictive B is paraffin, palm oil and the like; the addictive C is phenolic resin and the like; and the auxiliary raw materials are NaOH and the like. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: carrying out coarse grinding after mixing the sorted raw materials with the addictive A; carrying out ultra-fine grinding of raw materials, in-situ chemical modification and physical modification after adding the addictive B and the auxiliary raw materials into the raw materials which are subjected to the coarse grinding; and grading the raw materials which are subjected to the ultra-fine grinding and adding the addictive C into the mixture of the raw materials to carry out secondary modification to obtain the finished product. The product has enhancing and compatibilizing functions, can fully or partially replacecarbon black to be applied to rubber products; and the invention has the advantages of simple process, high integration, and obvious effects of environmental protection and energy conservation.
