Cooling is conducted while pouring is conducted, the grain of the casting is refined, the mechanical performance of the casting is also improved to a certain degree, the quality of the casting is improved, and especially the quality of partition plate blades for an H type compressor is obviously improved; and through the batched trial manufacturing, the partition plate casting produced by adopting the method for blowing the compressed air in the pouring process is subjected to nondestructive testing after grinding, and the quality situation meets the requirement and is greatly improved compared with original partition plate castings.
