The invention discloses a glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 composite material. The glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 composite material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-79% of polyamide 66, 20-49% of glass fiber, 0.1-2% of a coupling agent, 0.5-5% of a compatilizer, 0.1-2% of a primary antioxidant, 0.1-2% of a secondary antioxidant, 0.1-2% of a lubricant and 0.1-3% of an anti-alcoholysis agent, wherein the glass fiber is alkali-free glass fiber with the monofilament diameter of 5-9 micrometers; the anti-alcoholysis agent is polycarbodiimide. According-the glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 composite material, alkali-free glass fiber with thinner monofilament diameter is adopted to reinforce PA (polyamide) 66, and meanwhile, the anti-alcoholysis agent and other technologies are adopted, so that a better anti-alcoholysis property is obtained, and the glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 composite material can be used for preparing an intake manifold of an automobile engine. The invention further discloses a preparation method for the glassfibre reinforced polyamide 66 composite material; the preparation method can be realized through a conventional double-screw extruder. The glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 composite material is simple in preparation, and is beneficial to industrial mass production.

Flame-retardant nylon 66 copolymer material and preparation method therefor

The invention relates to a flame-retardant nylon 66 copolymer material and a preparation method therefor and particularly relates to a block flame-retardant nylon 66 copolymer material obtained through polymerization reaction of a phosphoric reactive flame retardant and a preparation method therefor. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of firstly enabling the flame retardant to react with diamine or dibasic alcohol so as to obtain a flame retardant prepolymer, and then, enabling the flame retardant prepolymer to react with a prepolymer of nylon 66, thereby obtaining the flame-retardant nylon 66 copolymer material. The flame-retardant nylon 66 copolymer material prepared by the method has the advantages of low flame retardant addition level, excellent mechanical properties, good flame retardant durability and the like, the vertical firing test can reach UL94V-0, and the limiting oxygen index is over 32%. The flame-retardant nylon 66 copolymer material not only can be subjected to injection molding directly or form films, but also can be prepared into flame-retardant fibers through melt spinning so as to be applied to the fields of clothing, fabrics and the like.

Anchoring cable with new structure and materials to buffer stress and restore elasticity

A new and improved submarine anchoring cable that includes an outer layer that comprises 20% to 80% polyurethane elastomer, 20% to 80% carbon fiber mixed at a certain ratio. The outer layer is compressed to wrap around an aramid fiber or an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber and a core of synthetic fiber rope with molecular malleability, e.g., nylon, nylon66, and the polyester rope. The rope is exposed in a form of a loop from both ends of the cable. Each loop has one or multiple layers of sheath made of aramid fiber, Kelvar fiber or UHMWPE fiber wrapping around the rope near a tie on each end to provide extra friction and withstanding strength. One end of the anchor cable is fixed to the offshore platform and the other end is fixed to each anchor to hold on to the offshore platform within a limited area defined by multiple anchors fastened to the offshore platform.

The invention discloses a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) alloy for nylon adhesive encapsulation.
