The method comprisesthe following steps: drying grape seeds, crushing, sieving and degreasing; adding an organic solvent ethanol into degreased grape seed powder; carrying out ultrasonic extraction and then carrying outmicrowave radiation extraction; centrifuging and collecting supernatant; decompressing and carrying out rotary evaporation; freezing and drying in vacuum; washing peanut shells and drying; drying thepeanut shells into powder through a pulverizer and sieving; adding an acetone water solution into peanut shell powder; refluxing and extracting in a water bath; filtering and collecting filtrate; carrying out rotary evaporation and concentration; making the capacity constant until a product has a semi-extract state, and putting the product into a vacuum drying box; drying to obtain peanut shell antibacterial extract; removing flower buds of dried chrysanthemums, sieving and removing powder; adding water into the chrysanthemums; then adding cellulase and extracting; carrying out rotary evaporation and concentration on an extracting solution; carrying out alcohol precipitation with ethanol to obtain chrysanthemum polysaccharide; and uniformly mixing and compounding the chrysanthemum polysaccharide, grape seed procyanidin and the peanut shell antibacterial extract to prepare the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidization component of the toothpaste.
