The traditional Chinese medicine composition for drug abstinence comprises the following raw materials by weight: 5 to 8 parts of ginkgetin, 5 to 9 parts of grape seed proanthocyanidin, 16 to 29 parts of spirulina polysaccharide, 15 to 35 parts of lichee polyphenol, 5 to 8 parts of soy isoflavone, 15 to 35 parts of rhodioloside and 6 to 12 parts of tomato extract. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials, then soaking the mixed raw materials in water and carrying out filtering so as to obtain extract, wherein a mass ratio of the raw materials to water is 1: 10-15; adding a 101 fruit juice clarifying agent with a mass fraction of 8% into the extract so as to obtain a clear soup; and boiling and concentrating the soup so as to obtain a solid powdery product which is the traditional Chinese medicine composition for drug abstinence. The composition has a good curative effect and no toxic and side effects and can be clinically applied. The preparation method provided in embodiments in the invention has the advantages of simple operation, high extraction efficiency and short reaction time.
