High-flux anti-pollution polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a high-flux anti-pollution polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane and a preparation method thereof. The reverse osmosis membrane comprises an aromatic polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane, and a hydrophilic layer which is formed by dehydrating and condensing reaction of a surface active acyl chloride group of the aromatic polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane and an amino group in an amine-terminated polyhydroxy compound, wherein the water flux is increased by 13 to 30 percent compared with that of an initial aromatic polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane; after the reverse osmosis membrane is polluted by bovine serum albumin for the first time and cleaned, the water flux recovery rate is 88.5 to 92.4 percent of the water flux of the initial non-polluted membrane; and after the membrane is polluted by dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide for the first time and cleaned, the water flux recovery rate is 90.3 to 93.5 percent of the water flux of the initial non-polluted membrane. The reverse osmosis membrane provided by the invention has the characteristics of high separating property, pollution resistance, high water flux, easiness in cleaning and the like, and the preparation method is simple and easy to operate.

The invention relates to a coprecipitation-rheological phase preparation method of rare earth-doped yttrium aluminum garnet fluorescent powder, which comprises the following steps of: preparing a precursor, taking nanometer/micrometer YAG, SiO2 or SiC as a seed crystal and adjusting the seed crystal, the precursor and a dispersing agent into a rheological phase; then washing and removing impurities in the fluorescent powder through high-temperature heat treatment; and taking ammonium sulfate, polyethylene glycol, hydroxyethyl cellulose or dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide as the dispersing agent, taking deionized water, ethanol, acetic acid or oxalic acid as a rheological phase solvent and adding the seed crystal to reduce the reaction and activation energy and improve the luminous intensity through doping. The coprecipitation-rheological phase preparation method is suitable for the preparation of LED (Light-Emitting Diode) fluorescent powder, trichromatic fluorescent powder, long afterglow fluorescent powder and PDP (Plasma Display Panel) fluorescent powder. The grain size of the fluorescent powder prepared by the invention is between nanometer and micrometer and can be adjusted through the seed crystal and the calcination temperature. The method has the advantages of simplicity, low equipment cost and large treatment amount and is suitable for the preparation of the fluorescent powder for various indication, display or illumination.

Sandwich-structured nano-adsorbent of carbon-coated magnesium oxide and preparation method thereof

The present invention provides a preparation method of a sandwich-structured nano-adsorbent of carbon-coated magnesium oxide. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding magnesium chloride hexahydrate, dextrose monohydrate, and a carbonaceous material to ethanol water solution, and stirring the mixture well, wherein the carbonaceous material is at least one of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, polyethylene glycol, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide; (2) adding aqueous ammonia solution to the product obtained from the step (1), stirring the mixture to form magnesium salt slurry; and (3) subjecting the product obtained from the step (2) to a reaction at 100 to 250 DEG C for 10 to 36 hours, removing the supernatant after cooling, conducting centrifugal washing on the resulting precipitate, and calcining the precipitate at 250 to 600 DEG C for 2.0 to 6.0 hours under nitrogen conditions, so as to obtain the sandwich-structured nano-adsorbent of carbon-coated magnesium oxide. The adsorbent obtained by the present invention has the advantages of high adsorption capacity and high efficiency, and breaks the industrial application of inorganic nanomaterials in the technical field of water treatment.

The invention discloses a preparation method of an intelligent micro-emulsion polymerization salicylic acid molecular imprinted membrane and an application thereof, belongs to the technical field of material preparation. The preparation method particularly refers to a new method for the preparation of the salicylic acid molecular imprinted membrane (MIM) by employing an oil-in-water micro-emulsion polymerization method and with a ceramic alumina membrane as a substrate, an impurity in aspirin-salicylic acid (SA) as a template molecule, 4-vinyl pyridine (4-VP) as a functional monomer, N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) as a temperature sensitive monomer, dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide (DTAB) as an emulsifying agent, toluene as an oil-phase dispersed phase, divinyl benzene (DVB) as a crosslinking agent, and potassium persulfate (KPS) as an initiator. Selective permeability experiments are used for studying selective recognition performance of the prepared molecular imprinted membrane. Results show that the salicylic acid molecular imprinted membrane obtained by the preparation method has excellent salicylic acid molecular recognition performance and intelligent release performance.
