The method is simple to operate, time-saving, low in cost and good in separation effect and developing effect, the result can be easily judged and the color agent can be stored for a long time. A system suitability study proves that the method has favorable repeatability, sensitivity and developing stability, and is suitable for radix sophorae flavescentis thin-layer chromatography identification.
