The glass beads added to the heat-resistant and flame-retardant soundproof oil paint disclosed by the invention have the characteristics of heat insulation property, sound insulation property, insulativity and low water absorption rate; the hollow microspheres have the characteristics of good sound insulation property, fire resistance and electrical insulating property and high strength; and the added titanium dioxide has strong heat resistance, weather fastness and chemical stability. A plurality of fibers are also added, so that the heat-resistant and flame-retardant soundproof oil paint is safe, environmentally friendly, and free of radiation, and has heat-conducting, antibacterial and bacteriostatic action; and modified waste resin sand is also added to the heat-resistant and flame-retardant soundproof oil paint, so that the problem of environmental pollution is solved, and the fire retardancy and the fire resistance of the oil paint are improved.
