The coenzyme Q10 of the present invention is prepared into nanoparticles, solid lipid nanoparticles, flexible nano-liposomes, nano-microemulsion, nano-micelles and the like. Especially that the flexible coenzyme Q10 nano-liposomes are preferably adopted in the hydrogel of the present invention. The coenzymes Q10 with various forms are adopted to prepare the hydrogel, the cataplasm prepared by the hydrogel, and other external application preparations or apparatuses. In the prior art, the coenzyme Q10 in the common external application preparation containing the coenzyme Q10 is easily oxidized and decomposed, and is preserved difficultly. With the present invention, the problems in the prior art are effectively solved; the skin penetration performance of the coenzyme Q10 is substantially increased. Systems and methods for enhancing cased wellbore integrity

The invention belongs to the field of downhole operations, and in particular relates to a method and a system for improving the integrity of a casing wellbore. The method for improving the integrity of a cased wellbore according to the present invention includes the following steps: 1) identifying at least one weak surface with a high slip probability in the rock formation through which the openhole wellbore passes; 2) providing high-pressure fluid to the openhole wellbore , inducing tensile or shear failure along at least one weak plane in the open-hole wellbore to cause the fault slip; 3) removing material on the inner surface of the open-hole wellbore to repair the shape of the open-hole wellbore after fault slip , so that the open hole wellbore has a uniform or smooth cross-section along the central axis; 4) arranging and consolidating well casing along the recovered open hole wellbore to obtain a cased wellbore with improved integrity. The method and system disclosed in the present invention can prevent or reduce casing wellbore damage caused by fault slippage.
