The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an aluminum
alloy casting and an automobile anti-collision beam applying the aluminum
alloy casting. The manufacturing method comprises the followingsteps of S1, preparing special-shaped closed-
cell foamed aluminum, specifically, tackifying and stirring an aluminum melt, adding a
foaming agent and stirring, injecting a foam body into a foam investment, preserving heat and foaming, and cooling the foam body to obtain the special-shaped closed-
cell foamed aluminum; S2, pretreatment of the special-shaped closed-
cell foamed aluminum, specifically,soaking the special-shaped closed-cell foamed aluminum with a NaOH solution, washing with clear water,
drying and heating; S3, preparing an aluminum
alloy melt; S4, treatment of a
casting mold, specifically, heating the
casting mold, removing dust, uniformly spraying a
coating on the inner surface of the mold, heating and preserving heat; and S5, casting forming, specifically, putting the special-shaped closed-cell foamed aluminum obtained after the step S2 is completed into a preheated
casting mold, mold
assembly in place, setting preset casting technological parameters, casting, and finallyobtaining a needed casting.
