The invention discloses a
copper electrolyte purification method. The method is applied to treating of a
copper electrolyte. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, dividing the
copper electrolyte into a first component and a second component, executing decoppering electrodeposition treatment on the first component, and obtaining liquid after electrodeposition and standard copper; secondly, carrying out
vacuum evaporation concentration on the second component, obtaining liquid after concentration, carrying out
water cooling crystallization and separating on the liquid after concentration, and obtaining rough
copper sulfate and
crystallization mother liquor; thirdly, mixing the
crystallization mother liquor and pre-stored decoppering
impurity-removal final liquid, executing decoppering
impurity-removal treatment, and obtaining liquid after decoppering
impurity-removal, and black copper
powder, and filtering and removing the black copper
powder; and fourthly, performing freezing crystallization on the liquid after decoppering impurity removal, and obtaining crude
nickel sulfate and purified final liquid. The copper electrolyte is divided into two components, decopperingelectrodeposition and decoppering impurity removal are carried out, and the removal rate of copper,
arsenic,
antimony,
bismuth and
nickel in the copper electrolyte is improved.
