The invention discloses a macromolecular sound absorption composition board which comprises a macromolecular foaming layer, mixed
aerogel layers and reinforcing
layers, wherein two sides of the macromolecular foaming layer are respectively provided with the mixed
aerogel layers and the reinforcing layers. The macromolecular sound absorption composition board is characterized in that the macromolecular foaming layer contains the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of
polyvinyl chloride, 15-25 parts of porous
ceramic particles, 8-15 parts of a
foaming agent, 20-25 parts of a
flame retardant, 2-3 parts of acrosslinking agent, 15-25 parts of EVA particles, 40-60 parts of spay fusing
fiber, 2-5 parts of a gas forming admixture, and 15-20 parts of
magnesium chloride. The macromolecular sound absorption composition board has the advantages that because the porous
ceramic particles, the EVA particles, the spay fusing
fiber and the like are added, the sound absorption capacityis greatly improved, the
diameter of the spay fusing
fiber can reach micro order, and the induction strength to low-frequency low-strength
sound wave is relatively strong; because the mixed
aerogel layers are small in density and more in gaps, vibration is easy to generate to convert the energy of
sound wave to
mechanical energy or to
internal energy to be dissipated. Therefore, the macromolecular sound absorption composition board not only is strong in
high frequency sound wave reduction capacity, but also is stronger in
low frequency sound wave reduction capacity compared with that of general absorber materials.
