The invention discloses a header tank divided-flow heat-storage counter flow heat exchanger, which comprises a left header tank and a right header tank which are connected with a warm air water inlet, a warm air water outlet, a tap water inlet and a tap water outlet, wherein, a plurality of tap water heat-absorbing pipes are connected with the left and right header tanks; warm air heat supply pipes are connected through tap water heat-absorbing pipes; the warm air heat supply pipes are serially communicated with each other by heat supply communicating pipes; one end of each warm air heat supply pipe is connected with the warm air water inlet, while the other end is connected with the warm air water outlet; and a plurality of water insulation boards is alternatively connected the inside of the left and the right header tanks in order to separate the left and right header tanks to obtain the oriented flow channel. The counter flow heat exchanger of the invention has the advantages that: firstly the heat exchange efficiency is high and the temperature of the outlet water is high; secondly the joints of the heat supply pipes are arranged on the same level of axis line, which is suitably installed in household-measured users of the new heat supply pipe network unit, in particular to the needs of the three northeast provinces; thirdly the users can take a shower in the heat supply region of low temperature, and the heat-absorbing pipes at heat supply region of high temperature is free from scale formation; finally the counter flow heat exchanger is totally made of stainless steel, thereby saving brass pipe, reducing the cost and producing the clean water by exchange.

The carbon and sulfur composite material coated with the manganese dioxide has a carbon content of 10% to 30% and a manganese dioxide content of 10% to 30%, a sulfur content of 40% to 80%, wherein the manganese dioxide is a sheet-like structure and is tightly wrapped on the outer surface of the hollow carbon-sulfur composite material, and the sulfur is mainly distributed in hollow carbon ball cavities and carbon layer mesopores. Hollowcarbon balls with mesoporous structures are prepared with a one-step method with tetraethyl orthosilicate as a silicon source and resorcinol and formaldehyde as carbon sources, the method is simple,the process is controllable, and the carbon balls are uniform in particle size. The manganese dioxide of the sheet-like structure is subjected to thermal processing and is coated, the hollow carbon balls provide sufficient space for carrying the sulfur, the rich point-to-point contact between the carbon balls can ensure rapid electron transfer, sheet-like manganese dioxide coating layers at the surfaces of the carbon balls have strong chemical adsorption on polysulfides, the 'shuttle effect' is effectively alleviated, and the cycle stability and rate performance of the battery are improved.

The invention discloses a method for preparing light floating particles which are loaded with hollow inorganic particles on the surfaces and used for scavenging water surface floating oil. The inorganic light particles are taken as carriers, polystyrene is taken as an intermediate substance, polystyrene/titanium dioxide composite particles are synthesized on the surfaces of the light inorganic particles in a modification manner, polystyrene is removed by roasting, and inorganic carrier/hollow titanium dioxide composite particles are obtained. Titanium dioxide microspheres are stacked densely in a multi-layer manner on the surfaces of the carriers, larger cavities are formed inside the microspheres, and the microspheres have higher oil fouling bearing capacity. After surface oleophylic modification, the floating oil scavenging agent can actively absorb the floating oil on the water surface, the particles absorbing oil gather into a cluster, and fishing is convenient. Because the carrier particles and the hollow titanium dioxide all have acid-base resistance and high temperature resistance, the scavenging agent is suitable for the use in different oil fouling leakage environments; the particles which absorb oil and are recycled can be reused through simple roasting treatment.
