The method comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving a polymer and a template agent in a solvent to prepare a polymer solution; (2) filling the polymer solution into a micro needle mould; (3) removing the solvent in the obtained micro needle mould to obtain a solid micro needle; (4) removing the template agent in the obtained solid micro needle to obtain the porous polymer micro needle. Preparation method of double-shell core-shell structured composite nanoparticle with with cavity

The invention relates to a preparation method of a double-shell core-shell structured composite nanoparticle with a cavity, belonging to the technical field of advanced composite nanoparticles. The preparation method comprises the steps of coating a layer of silicon dioxide on an outer layer of a ferroferric oxide nanoparticle, and reacting after modifying by using a silane coupling agent to obtain a polymer-coated composite particle; then, sequentially coating silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide on the outer layer of the composite particle; finally, removing the two silicon dioxide coating layers to obtain the double-shell core-shell structured composite nanoparticle with the cavity. The composite nanoparticle has a core made of the ferroferric oxide nanoparticle, a middle shell made of polymethylacrylic acid and an outmost-layer shell made of titanium dioxide, wherein the cavity exists among the middle shell, the core and the outmost-layer shell. The material obtained by the invention is novel in structure and capable of adsorbing heavy metal ions and catalytically degrading organic pollutants under the excitation of ultraviolet rays; in addition, the composite nanoparticle can be separated and recovered under the action of an external magnetic field.

Preparation method for manganese dioxide hollow sphere

The invention relates to a preparation method for a manganese dioxide hollow sphere, which is as follows: manganese sulfate, potassium permanganate and soluble ferric salt are weighed and added into a hydrothermal reactor; deionized water is added till manganese sulfate, potassium permanganate and soluble ferric salt are dissolved; the mixed liquor is fully mixed and added with sulfuric acid; the molar ratio of manganese sulfate, potassium permanganate, soluble ferric salt and sulfuric acid are 1:6:0.04-1:36.8; the hydrothermal reactor is put in a baking oven, hydrothermally reacted for 10 to 1440 minutes in the constant temperature of 130 to 180 DEG C and naturally cools to the room temperature; the prepared product is washed for five times by deionized water, and dried in the 50 DEG C of the air of the drying oven to prepare manganese dioxide hollow sphere. The prepared manganese dioxide hollow sphere is tested by an x-ray diffraction instrument, a scanning electron microscope and a transmission electron microscope, has spherical appearance, big cavity, about 3mu m p grain size distribution, big specific surface area, and can be used as electrode material and battery material of a super capacitor.

The inorganic light particles are taken as carriers, polystyrene is taken as an intermediate substance, polystyrene / titanium dioxide composite particles are synthesized on the surfaces of the light inorganic particles in a modification manner, polystyrene is removed by roasting, and inorganic carrier / hollow titanium dioxide composite particles are obtained. Titanium dioxide microspheres are stacked densely in a multi-layer manner on the surfaces of the carriers, larger cavities are formed inside the microspheres, and the microspheres have higher oil fouling bearing capacity. After surface oleophylic modification, the floating oil scavenging agent can actively absorb the floating oil on the water surface, the particles absorbing oil gather into a cluster, and fishing is convenient. Because the carrier particles and the hollow titanium dioxide all have acid-base resistance and high temperature resistance, the scavenging agent is suitable for the use in different oil fouling leakage environments; the particles which absorb oil and are recycled can be reused through simple roasting treatment.
