tilling device and a selective ditching device; the frame is a load-bearing component of the combined operation
machine; the hitching device is mounted on the frame, and is connected with a power mechanical suspension device; the
sowing and fertilizing device can be driven by a motor independently to perform sowing and fertilizing operations of a precise and small quantity; the rotary
tilling device includes a reverse-rotating cutter shaft group and a forward-rotating small cutter shaft group, wherein the reverse-rotating cutter shaft group is installed on brackets at two sides below the frame, and an adjustable baffle is arranged behind the reverse-rotating cutter shaft group to relieve the condition that wet soil drops backwards to block seed dropping tubes, while the forward-rotating smallcutter shaft group is arranged on connecting plates at two sides behind the seed dropping tubes, and is used for covering seeds with soil; and the selective ditching device includes a cutterhead, a scattered soil guide plate, a
