The apparatus comprises an insulation liquid storage chamber, high-voltage power sources, a motor and a collector electrode, wherein the upper end of the insulation liquid storage chamber is connected with an output shaft of the motor, the insulation liquid storage chamber is at least provided with two chambers, a stainless steel nozzle is inserted in the bottom of each chamber, the insulation liquid storage chamber is provided with vents in the same quantity as the chambers, each vent communicates with the corresponding chamber, the insulation liquid storage chamber is sleeved by annular brushes in the same quantity as the chamber, each annular brush is connected with the corresponding chamber through a lead wire, each annular brush is connected with the anode of its respective high-voltage power source, and the cathodes of all the high-voltage power sources are connected with the collector electrode. According to the invention, the apparatus has features of electrospun fibers of multiple different materials, effectively improves the mechanical strength and the surface form through an intertwining effect, and has potential application prospect in such aspects as preparation of multifunctional biological supports, composite non-woven fabrics, materials for drug delivery and the like.
