The embodiment of the invention discloses a polymeric adsorbent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing a bead-like resin from chloromethyl styrene serving as a polymerization monomer and divinyl benzene serving as a cross-linking agent by a suspension polymerization method; and adding a hydroxyl-containing monomer at the post-crosslinking stage to perform super cross-linking reaction so as to prepare the polymeric adsorbent. In the method, pores are formed in the polymeric adsorbent at the post-crosslinking stage of polychloromethyl styrene by using a chemical modification method, and polar groups are formed on the frame of the polymeric adsorbent by introducing the hydroxyl-containing monomer for modification, so the adsorption of an adsorbent substance by the polymeric adsorbent is increased. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and the substances harmful to human body such as chloromethyl ether and the like and pore-forming agents are not used in the method. Experimental results show that the polymeric adsorbent prepared by the invention has the advantages of high specific surface area, small aperture, high adsorption selectivity and particularly high capacity of absorbing aromatic compounds.

Method for preparing dithiocarbamate-based modified porous starch

The invention relates to a method for preparing dithiocarbamate-based modified porous starch. The method comprises the steps that: using starch as the raw material; carrying out enzymolysis on the starch for 1 to 26 hours under the condition that the pH is between 4 and 6 and the temperature is between 30 and 60 DEG C by a complex enzyme consisting of a saccharifying enzyme and an alpha-amylase; drying the obtained product to prepare porous starch; and after carrying out crosslinking, etherification and aminating modification on the porous starch, grafting the product with carbon disulfide under the alkaling conndition to obtain the dithiocarbamate-based modified porous starch. When the adsorption effect is reduced, the dithiocarbamate-based modified porous starch is taken out and immersed in 2mol.L-1 of HNO3 solution to carry out desorption, the desorption ratio is over 90 percent, and the absorption effect is not reduced by repeated desorption. The invention has commendable economic and social benefits, and can be used for treatment of heavy metal ions in waste water in galvanization, battery and mining industries and the like.

The adsorbing material which takes sepharose gel as a carrier is coupled with spacer arm molecules through the activating reaction, and then is coupled with two groups of quarternary ammonium salt cations and dewatering molecules as functional groups to be prepared. The adsorbing material is simultaneously coupled with the two groups of functional groups mutually effected with endotoxin, and further the adsorbing selectivity of the adsorbing material to the endotoxin is improved. The physicochemical property of the adsorbing material is steady, and the adsorbing material has good blood compatibility, thereby being able to used for removing the endotoxin in blood plasma, and curing the endotoxemia. The preparation process of the adsorbing material is simple, the preparation cost is low, and the adsorbing material belongs to the novel endotoxin adsorbing material.

The invention relates to anion resin for bilirubin absorption and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, in the anion resin for bilirubin absorption, styrene is adopted as monomers, divinyl benzene is adopted as a cross-linking agent, maleic anhydride copolymer microspheres and organic small molecules are adopted as a pore-forming agent, and oil dispersible hyperoxide is adopted as an initiating agent; porous microspheres are prepared through suspension polymerization; and the anion resin with preferential bilirubin adsorption ability is obtained through quaternary ammoniation treatment, wherein the theoretical crosslinking degree of the resin is 4-20%, the average pore size of total pores is 80-120nm, and functional groups are quaternary ammonium salt groups. Accordingto the invention, the anion resin with uniform pore sizes, good permeability, good blood compatibility, high preferential adsorption of bilirubins, is obtained, and the problems in the prior art, such as poor absorption selectivity, high prices of imports, and the like, are solved.
