According to a hard template carbonization method, by taking a hollow silicon oxide ball as a template and taking chitosan and a derivative of chitosan as carbon source precursors, liquid-phase impregnation, high-temperature carbonization, template removing and the like are carried out so as to obtain the porous carbon electrode material suitable for a lithium ion battery and a supercapacitor. The prepared porous carbon electrode material simultaneously has the characteristics of a nitrogen-doped structure and a macroporous-mesoporous-microporous graded pore structure, wherein the nitrogen-doped content can be controlled by using different types of chitosans; the graded pore structure can be controlled by changing the size of the particle diameter and the wall thickness of each silicon oxide ball and regulating the mass of the chitosan solution. Compared with the commercialized graphite, the porous carbon electrode material prepared according to the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the specific capacity is obviously increased and the rate performance of the obtained porous carbon electrode material is maintained well. The porous carbon electrode material is simple in preparation process, has no strict requirement to equipment and is suitable for industrial production.

The invention provides a steel slag and cement stabilized base material comprising components of steel, cement, water, and an additive. The weight ratio of steel to cement to water is 100:4-6:4-6; and the weight of the additive is 0.6-6% of the weight of cement. According to the invention, graded steel slag serves as an aggregate, and is used for replacing crushed stones. The voids of the aggregate are filled by using a certain amount of a cementing material and the volume of enough mortar. The materials are paved and compacted according to an interlocking principle. The strength of the base is high. With increasing age periods, the base rapidly turns into a board body. Therefore, the material has high strength, high water permeability and high freezing resistance. The material can be used in road base constructions.

The method effectively solves the ecological problems that a surface source of a gentle slope area of the river is severely polluted, landscapes are poor, the biodiversity is reduced and water and soil loss occurs, and offers a feasible and efficient ecological restoration measure for recovery and reconstruction of a hydro-fluctuation belt.

Rock detritus created by a drag bit cutter shearing subterranean formation material may flow under the cutter and attach itself to the side surface of the cutter barrel by differential pressure-induced sticking, and dilate. This attached material, confined by hydrostatic pressure, can create and strengthen a barrier between the cutter and the virgin rock being cut. The detritus barrier absorbs bit weight and reduces cutter efficiency by impairing contact of the cutter with the virgin rock formation. Increasing the friction between the rock detritus and the side surface of the cutter barrel inhibits detritus flow, reduces build up, and allows hydrostatic pressure to contribute to, rather than inhibit, the cutting process. Similar beneficial results may be obtained when hydrostatic pressure drilling fluid is permitted to communicate through holes in the side surface of the cutter, or through an otherwise permeable side surface alleviating detritus sticking due to differential pressure effects.

The method overcomes the defects of the prior art such as high cost, uneven chemical components of the product and the like, achieves resource utilization of the solid waste coal ash, and has environmental and economic double benefits.

The invention provides a reduction method of lead-rich slag, which belongs to the field of metallurgy and comprises the following steps: adding liquid-state lead-rich slag into a furnace from a slag inlet, adding slack coal or pulverized coke particles used as a reducer into the furnace from an upper port of the furnace, stirring the fusant by using nitrogen so that the reducer and the slag are completely mixed, blowing coal bed gas or natural gas by using a side blower to assist oxygen-rich air to increase the slag temperature to above 1100 DEG C, and simultaneously keeping the temperature ofthe fusant area at 1200-1250 DEG C by utilizing the reaction heat. The invention provides a method for improving a recovery rate of gold in a semi-primary semi-oxidized gold ore by a full flotation process. The method comprises the following steps: (1) after a raw ore is subjected to grinding, performing rougher flotation by a first-stage flotation column to obtain primary concentrate and primary tailings, and performing cleaner flotation on the primary concentrate by the first-stage flotation column to obtain cleaner tailings and final gold concentrate; (2) performing scavenging flotation on the primary tailings by a first-stage flotation machine to obtain primary scavenging flotation concentrate and primary scavenging flotation tailings, performing scavenging flotation on the primary scavenging flotation concentrate by using a second-stage flotation machine to obtain secondary scavenging flotation concentrate and final tailings, and allowing the secondary scavenging flotation concentrate to return to the first-stage flotation machine for scavengingflotation; and (3) merging tailings having a concentrated gold-supported poor intergrowth body and the primary scavenging flotation concentrate, performing classification operation in a cyclone to obtain a settled sand product and an overflow product, performing grinding on the settled sand product, merging the ground settled sand product with the overflow product to return to a first-stage flotation column for rougher flotation. The method provided by the invention effectively solves the problem that a poor intergrowth body enters tailings in the production process, so that the recovery rateof the gold by flotation is low, and discards cyanide leaching operation in a current process, thereby eliminating environmental hazard of cyanides from a source.
