The invention relates to the field of
fertilizer and particularly relates to dried organic
sludge fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The dried organic
sludge fertilizer is prepared from thefollowing raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of dried
sludge, 2-10 parts of quick
lime, 15-30 parts of auxiliaries, 2-10 parts of
phosphoric acid, 1-5 parts of an active
microbial agent and 10-20 parts of
earthworm cast. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the components in the
raw material proportion; putting the dried sludge, quick
lime and auxiliaries into akneading
machine, performing uniform stirring, and performing aging; putting the aged mixture in a disk grain making
machine, spraying
phosphoric acid into the mixture in a granulating process, performing neutralizing, jetting a
fermentation inoculant into the mixture, and keeping on granulating; and putting the granulated granules into a fermenting tank, performing aerobic
fermentation for 15-30days, and uniformly stirring the granules with the
earthworm cast to obtain the dried organic sludge fertilizer. According to the dried organic sludge fertilizer, a great number of organic matters, trace elements and the like contributing to
plant growth can be generated through assistance of quick
lime, auxiliaries and other additives by sufficiently utilizing massive
nutrition contained in the sludge, and the activity and
nutrition of
organic fertilizer can be improved. Furthermore, the preparation method is simple, and materials are wide in sources and low in cost.
