Under the combined action of heat and moisture, bending modulus and rigidity of fiber of the on-line twisted roving slivers are greatly reduced immediately, the softening speed and the degree are greatly improved, soft twisting and yarn forming can be performed on the thicker slivers when the lower modulus and the lower rigidity performance are achieved, and the ends of the fiber are easier to transfer and wind under the action of twisting torsional force and finally twisted into yarn bodies or attached on the surfaces of the slivers, thereby effectively eliminating hair feather in the formed yarn and greatly improving the degree of finish of the surface of the formed yarn. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing a photocatalyst in deionized water, then adding a silicon source and carrying out a reaction under stirring; taking a reaction product out for washing and drying, subjecting the dried reaction product to mixing with a template and an aluminum source and then carrying out grinding; filling a reaction vessel with a mixture obtained in the previous step and carrying out solid-phase crystallization so as to produce a carrier with a zeolite structure; and washing and drying the carrier and then carrying out sintering in a muffle furnace to remove the template so as to obtain the zeolite-immobilized photocatalyst. According to the method, the usage amount of the template is low; due to improvement of the preparation method, the photocatalyst can be perfectly enveloped in a zeolite monocrystal, and the content of the photocatalyst is controllable; raw materials used in the method is low, and preparation process is simple; and in subsequent application, the utilization rate of the photocatalyst is high, the yield of the zeolite-immobilized photocatalyst is high, and the zeolite-immobilized photocatalyst has high organic pollutant degradation rate and exerts good protection effect on natural substances.

The invention relates to the design and synthesis of a poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent, the coagulating time of which can be controlled. The poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent is prepared by co-polymerize the following three monomers in water: the monomer a occupying 30 to 70 percent and indicated by a general expression 1, the monomer b occupying 10 to 50 percent and indicated by the general expression 2, and the monomer c occupying 10 to 40 percent and indicated by the general expression 3. The coagulating time is controlled by the monomer a which is made by condensing maleic anhydride and polyoxyethylene monoalkyl ether. The length of a polyoxyethylene monoalkyl ether chain controls the change of the coagulating time: the longer the chain, the shorter the coagulating time is; and the shorter the chain is, the longer the coagulating time is. The monomer a does not contain inhibitive substances in the process of synthesis, therefore, the water reducing agent is easy to be controlled in the coagulating process. The poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent is suitable for the construction of concrete under different temperature conditions: under higher temperature, the water reducing agent with longer coagulating time can be adopted, and under lower temperature, the water reducing agent with shorter coagulating time can be adopted. The poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent has good adaptability to cement and admixtures and has the advantages of low mixing quantity, good slump constant hold facility and water segregation resistance, and the like.
