silicon material. The preparing method includes the following steps that 1,
vesuvianite is added into absolute ethyl
alcohol and is subjected to gradient ultrasonic cleaning, the obtained
vesuvianite is taken out to be rapidly dried, and clean
vesuvianite is obtained; 2, the clean vesuvianite is added intoa ball
grinding mill, then absolute ethyl
alcohol is added, a ball-milling reaction is conducted, and vesuvianite particles are obtained; 3, phenyl
trichlorosilane is added into a
diethyl ether solution, the mixture is stirred at the constant temperature until the phenyl
trichlorosilane is completely dissolved, diethyl-
ether dissolving liquid is obtained, then
distilled water is dropwise added, even stirring is conducted, a standing constant-temperature reaction is conducted for 2 hours to 4 hours, and phenyl
trichlorosilane hydrolysate is obtained; 4, the vesuvianite particles are put into the phenyl trichlorosilane
hydrolysate, a dispersing agent is added, even stirring is conducted, filtering is conducted, and preplating vesuvianite particles are obtained; 5, the preplating vesuvianiteparticles are put into a reaction kettle and subjected to a sealing reaction for 1 hour to 2 hours, a heating reaction is conducted for 3 hours to 4 hours after pressure relieving, and the organic
