The invention aims at providing a loading device and a method for an
exposure test of compression concrete. The loading device comprises a support, a
water pool, a supporting beam, loaders, concrete test pieces and rolling shafts, wherein the support comprises a
transverse beam and a vertical column, the
water pool is arranged below the vertical column of the support, a
metal plate is arranged at the bottom of the
water pool, the supporting beam is installed in the
transverse beam of the support, and the loaders are installed on the supporting beam. The lower end of each
loader is connected with a group of concrete test pieces which include three concrete test pieces arranged in the water
pool, and the rolling shafts are arranged among the concrete test pieces and between the concrete test pieces and the
metal plate. The loading device can simulate actual working conditions of a concrete structural member under combined action of stress,
chemical corrosion,
carbonization, dry and wet cycle or freezing and thawing cycle and the like, solves the problem of test accuracy loss caused by material looseness or
creep deformation of a clamp pull rod or lever in the long-term
exposure test, and enables data measured by a laboratory to be provided with
engineering reference value accordingly.
