drying, inspecting and packing to obtain a finished product. The foaming and
drying processes comprise the following steps: foaming through a foaming device; adjusting the pH to 5 by using
citric acid, wherein the ratio of liquid to vapor is 1:40, and the foam
mass is 25g / L; foaming at a speed 1.3-1.7 meters per minute, wherein 100g of foam is applied to every
square meter of floor mat, and the
liquid content is 10 percent; extruding through a pressure roller under the pressure of 1.5-2Pa, uniformly
coating the surface of the floor mat with the foam, and
drying the floor mat at the temperature of 80-130 DEG C. The manufacturing process has the beneficial effects that an
insect-resistant agent and a reinforcing agent NanoPU with certain pH are added in the manufacturing process of the floor mat, so that the mosquito-dispelling rate of the floor mat is increased effectively; the liquid-vapor ratio during foaming, the
mass of applied foam, the adding amount, the
liquid content and the rolling-drying process of the foam are controlled strictly, so that the mosquito-dispelling rate of the floor mat is increased to over 98 percent, and remarkable progress is made.
