The invention relates to a manufacturing method for a soft magnetic core spiral micro-inductor, which is characterized by integrating a NiFe-AlOx soft magnetic core spiral micro-inductor and comprising the following steps: 1) preparing lower-layer metal of an inductor; 2) preparing a first benzo-cyclobutene BCB dielectric layer; 3) preparing a NiFe-AlOx film; 4) preparing a second benzo-cyclobutene BCB dielectric layer; 5) preparing a benzo-cyclobutene BCB dielectric through hole; and 6) preparing upper-layer metal of the inductor. The manufacturing method has the advantages that the soft magnetic core spiral micro-inductor for an RF / MMIC (Radio Frequency / Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) is prepared by integrating a soft magnetic material with an MMIC micro-inductor. Compared with the micro-inductor free from the magnetic core, the soft magnetic core spiral micro-inductor has the advantages: (1) the inductance volume is greatly increased; (2) the quality factor is certainly increased; and (3) the whole technology is compatible with the manufacturing technology of a GaAs and GaN MMIC.

The invention discloses a hypochlorite ion fluorescence probe, and a synthetic method and an application thereof. The synthetic method comprises the following steps: 1, adding 3,4-dihydroxy-3-cyclobutene-1,2-dione (squaric acid) and 3-N,N-diethylamino phenol to a solvent which is a mixed solution comprising toluene and n-butanol, carrying out a heating reflux reaction for 8-12h, filtering, washing the obtained reaction precipitate with methanol, and drying to obtain an intermediate squaric acid dye, wherein the molar ratio of 3,4-dihydroxy-3-cyclobutene-1,2-dione (squaric acid) to 3-N,N-diethylamino phenol is 1:1.8-2.2; and 2, carrying out the heating reflux reaction of the squaric acid dye and a Lawesson reagent in a solvent toluene under the protection of nitrogen for 6-24h, carrying out reduced pressure distillation to remove the solvent, and carrying out silica gel column chromatography to obtain the fluorescence probe. The probe has a simple synthetic process, has a very high selectivity and a very high sensitivity to hypochlorite ions, and has a good application prospect.

The method comprises the following steps: firstly, forming an oxide layer and a low stress silicon nitride layer on the surface of a mono-crystalline silicon wafer; manufacturing the polycrystalline silicon temperature sensitive resistor and a polycrystalline silicon heating resistor on the low stress silicon nitride layer; manufacturing metal interconnection lines to form an acceleration sensor output circuit; corroding the mono-crystalline silicon wafer to form a concave cavity, releasing a cantilever; bonding a cover on the silicon wafer by a BCB (benzo cyclobutene) adhesive to form a sealed cavity, finally the acceleration sensor chip is obtained. The method of the invention uses the low stress silicon nitride layer deposited by LPCVD (low pressure chemical vapor deposition) as a supporting layer of the heating resistor and the temperature sensitive resistor, and manufactures the polycrystalline silicon heating resistor and the polycrystalline silicon temperature sensitive resistor by an LPCVD and doping technology; the manufactured convective acceleration sensor chip has the advantages of high detection precision, high reliability and good stability; and the manufacturing technology is compatible with IC (integrated circuit) technology. In this way, the method of the invention is helpful for realizing chip microminiaturization and low cost.

The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer dielectric materials and in particular relates to benzocyclobutene monomers containing siloxane and imide structure and a synthesis method and application of the Benzocyclobutene monomers. Hydrosilylation reaction is allowed to take place between hydrogen-terminated polysiloxane / siloxane and 5-norbornylene-2,3-dianhydride in the presence of platinum catalysts to produce an intermediate compound, and imidization reaction is allowed to take place between the intermediate compound and 4-aminobenzocyclobutene to obtain the target monomers. The monomers have good solubility, and can be directly formed by thermal polymerization or dissolved in solvents to make films by spin-coating, followed by curing. The polymerization process is simple and free of byproducts. The cured resins have the characteristics of good heat resistance, low dielectric constant and low hydroscopicity; and the mechanical properties of the cured resins can be regulated by changing siloxane structure.

The method hasthe characteristics of being high in conversion rate, low in cost, safe and stable in process, short in reaction step, green and environmental-friendly in process route and small in pollutant emission.
