The method comprises the steps: inorganic tanning leftover is chosen to perform alkali hydrolysis to prepare collagen hydrolysate which is applied to finishing cellulosic fiber fabric, then the finished fabric is dyed through natural dyestuff, and a residual inorganic metal salt tanning agent in the collagen hydrolysate has a mordant effect in a natural dyestuff dyeing process; a diisocyanate cross-linking agent improves binding strength of collagen and the cellulosic fiber fabric. Compared with an unfinished cellulosic fiber fabric, nautral dyestuff dyeing performance of the cellulosic fiber fabric which is finished by collagen hydrolysate is obviously improved.

Bluefin tuna collagen hydrolyzate and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a bluefin tuna collagen hydrolyzate and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning bluefin tuna bones, and immersing in an acidic solution to remove inorganic calcium salts; immersing in a sodium chloride solution to remove non-collagen impurity proteins; carrying out degreasing, fishy smell removal and enzymolysis on the treated fish bones, inactivating the enzyme at high temperature, and carrying out hydrothermal extraction to obtain a bluefin tuna collagen hydrolyzate solution; and drying to obtain the collagen hydrolyzate powder. The preparation technique is scientific and reasonable, and fully utilizes the unemployed fish bones in aquatic product processing as the raw material to develop the collagen hydrolyzate with potential market value; the composite enzyme degreasing, fishy smell removal and enzymolysis process is adopted while regulating the enzymolysis conditions of the composite enzyme, thereby greatly shortening the extraction time of the collagen hydrolyzate, preparing the tuna collagen hydrolyzate with different molecular weights and with the advantages of high gel strength, high oxidation resistance activity, high safety, no toxic or side effect and the like, enhancing the production efficiency and lowering the energy consumption.

Preparation method and application of collagen-based adhesive

The invention provides a production method for synthesizing an aqueous adhesive by using collagen modified by polyurethane and epoxy resin. The method includes: firstly, extracting a collagen hydrolysate from raw materials, such as leftover material of leather manufacturing, bones and the like, which contain the collagen, number-average molecular weight being 10,000 to 30,000; then at 50-80 DEG C,synthesizing an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer containing a hydrophilic group and mixing the prepolymer with a certain amount of epoxy resin, and adding a salt-forming agent so as to form salts with carboxylic group; finally, adding deionized water, so that during dispersion and emulsion, the collagen hydrolysate can be subjected to grafting reaction with the polyurethane and epoxyresin, thereby synthesizing the aqueous adhesive based on the collagen modified by polyurethane and epoxy resin. In application, a curing agent and filler are not added, or are added to a certain amount, for adhesion of plywoods. With the leftover material of leather manufacturing being a main production raw material, which is reproducible, the product is free of formaldehyde, has excellent waterresistance and adhesion strength, is low in production cost, and can satisfy the use requirement of II-type plywoods. The invention discloses a method for preparing a plurality of metal ion leather tanning agents by utilizing chromium-containing and collagen solid wastes. The present invention relates to a method for extracting collagen using ultrasonic wave generator. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for extracting collagen, comprising: a first step of treating fish skin with ultrasonic waves in the presence of an acid solution to obtain collagen extracts; a second step of separating collagen and the ultrasonically treated fish skin from the collagen extracts; and a step of repeating the first and second steps for the ultrasonically treated fish skin to further extract collagen. In addition, a collagen separation apparatus using ultrasonic waves according to the present invention comprises: a sample tank in which fish skin is accommodated; a separation unit which receives fish skin from the sample tank, separates collagen from the fish skin, and supplies the separated collagen back to the sample tank; and a unit for generating ultrasonic waves, which is connected to the separation unit to generate ultrasonic waves in order to separate collagen from the fish skin. The method for extracting collagen according to the present invention may enable collagen to be extracted using an acid solution having a lower concentration than those used in existing methods, may enable collagen to be extracted at a high yield rate, and may enable collagen having a high molecular weight to be extracted while maintaining the basic structure of the collagen, and not in the form of collagen hydrolysate.
