mass: 200 to 300 parts of
cement, 100 to 150 parts of
coal ash, 950 to 1100 parts of gravels, 850 to 1050 parts of sand, 0.5 to 1 part of nanometer
inorganic oxide, 0.5 to 1 part of nanometer
zinc oxide, 6 to 12 parts of an additive, 1 to 3 parts of a self-repairing agent and 155 to 170 parts of water. According to the invention, the nanometer
inorganic oxide, the nanometer
zinc oxide, the additive and the self-repairing agent are used as main raw materials, the small-size effect, the surface interface effect, the self-repairing effect, the
surface energy condition technology and the like of
nanomaterials are used for improving and optimizing the pores and compactness of the concrete, and water is blocked through self-repairing to repair cracks; a hydration heat release rate and pore solution
surface energy are reduced by inhibiting
moisture evaporation of a concrete mixture in condensation and hardening, so the volume stability of the concrete is maximized; and finally, self-repairing is conducted on cracks which possibly occur. Therefore, the concrete has
crack resistance and impermeability in a full-period range, and the durability and the
structural safety of the concrete are improved.
