reflux extraction is performed on the
juniper berry meal through an
ethanol solution with the
volume fraction of 70%-80% to obtain an extracting solution, and the extracting solution is concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain concentrate; the concentrate is diluted by adding water,
solid-liquid separation is performed after standing is performed, and supernatant liquor is taken; the
ethanol degree of the supernatant liquor is regulated to be 20%-30% through
ethanol,
solid-liquid separation is performed after standing is performed, and precipitates are taken; the precipitates are dissolved with a diluted
hydrochloric acid solution and then added into a
macroporous resin column,
elution is performed with water until the pH value of
effluent is neutral, then
desorption is performed with the ethanol solution, a
desorption solution is collected, and the
desorption solution is concentrated under reduced pressure and dried to obtain a
juniper berry meal extract. According to the method, the steps are simple and convenient, operation is easy, and the method is suitable for industrialized production; due to the fact that only water and ethanol are adopted as the
solvent, not only is the cost greatly reduced, but also no stimulation or
toxicity is basically generated to operating personnel and the environment; the content of podocar-pusflavone in the juniper berry meal extract reaches up to 30%-40%, and the extraction efficiency is high.
