The invention relates to a method for extracting genistin from largeleaf flemingia. The method comprises the following steps: (1) chopping the raw material largeleaf flemingia and performing reflux extraction by use of ethanol water having the concentration of 50-70% to obtain an extract; (2) concentrating the extract obtained in the step (1) and putting on a chromatographic column, wherein the fixed phase in the chromatographic column is macroporous adsorption resin; eluting with an ethanol-water solution in the volume ratio of (15-25): (85-75) as a moving phase and collecting the eluate; and (3) concentrating the eluate obtained in the step (2) into a thick extract, adding ethanol containing 2-3% of glacial acetic acid for thorough dissolving, standing, filtering out insoluble substances, recrystallizing the filtrate, washing crystals by use of ethanol, and drying in vacuum to obtain the genistin. The method has the advantages of rich and easily available raw materials, simple and feasible process, low pollution and short period; and the obtained product is high in purity and prone to large-scale preparation.

An electrode material and a current collector of the supercapacitor are both made of carbon nanometer material, and the mass percent of the carbon nanometer material in the supercapacitor accounts for 20-38%. The invention also discloses a fabrication method of the carbon nanometer material based supercapacitor. The fabrication method comprises the following steps of firstly, dispersing the carbon nanometer electrode material in an electrolyte to form paste; secondly, pressing a carbon nanotube network or a three-dimensional graphene material to the porous current collector; thirdly, extruding the paste into the porous current collector in a vacuumizing condition or a pressurizing condition to form a combination structure of the electrode and the current collector; and finally, fixing the carbon material current collector with a tab, separating the combination structure of the electrode and the current collector by a separator, and packaging and forming the supercapacitor. The supercapacitor product obtained by the method has the advantages of high active ingredient content and high volume energy density, is suitably used for a water-based electrolyte, an organic electrolyte and an ionic liquid electrode, and can operate in 1-5V.

Selection method for massively produced and used spirulina strains

The invention relates to the technology of spirulina strains development and application and aims to provide a selection method for massively produced and used spirulina strains. According to the method, a gene group deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is amplified through a specific primer high impact polystyrene total glycerin (HIPS-TG), and after electrophoretic analysis, NTSYSpc2.1 software is adopted to construct cluster diagram among the spirulina strains; if the candidate strains have special DNA electrophoretic bands with the length of 1,050bp and 760bp and can be clustered with the known strains with good production traits, the candidate strains are good in production traits and can be massively cultivated and produced; and if the candidate strains have the special DNA electrophoretic bands with the length of 1,520bp, 950bp, 720bp, 700bp and 500bp and can be clustered with the known strains with poor production traits, the candidate strains are poor in production traits and cannot be massively cultivated and produced. Compared with the conventional method, the method for identifying the spirulina strains with good production traits is simple, quick, efficient, low in cost and suitable for massive and high-throughput selection.
