capsule expansion admixtures, the early-strength admixtures, the water reducing agents and the water with the
cement according to proportions and uniformly stirring the micro-
capsule expansion admixtures, the early-strength admixtures, the water reducing agents, the water and the
cement to obtain the early-strength expansion delayed type hole sealing material which is a finished product. A core material for the micro-capsule expansion admixtures is aluminum
powder, and the micro-capsule expansion admixtures are prepared from water, water-soluble polymers and the aluminum water according to a
mass ratio of 100:2-5:1-3 (wt). The early-strength expansion delayed type hole sealingmaterial has the advantages that the early-strength expansion delayed type hole sealing material is short in
setting time and high in early strength, and invalid expansion and loss of expansion properties in cement hydration initial phases can be effectively reduced by delayed expansion; expansion of the early-strength expansion delayed type hole sealing material can be delayed by approximately 4h, the
setting time of the early-strength expansion delayed type hole sealing material is shorter than 300 min, and the one-day
compressive strength of the early-strength expansion delayed type holesealing material is 4.71 MPa; the early-strength expansion delayed type hole sealing material is low in cost and free of
toxicity or
pollution, and mine gas extraction hole drilling sealing and strength requirements can be completely met.
